About the Premier Teams & Events Fund
This is an annual contestable Fund of $100,000.
The Fund is part of our support for premier and elite sport, with the objective of supporting Regional Sports Organisations and other sporting organisations to:

Any Regional Sports Organisation or other non profit sporting organisation, within the Trust's area, are eligible to apply including:
Please note: Hosted premier events must be held in the Community Trust of Southland's area.
When to apply
The current round opens 22 December 2016 and closes 15 February 2017 and applications are considered in April.

Factors we consider for Premier Events
Please also note: As demand is often greater than the funding available we must also prioritise applications to enable support for those projects that will give the greatest benefit to the people in our area.
