Q: What Computer/System Requirements Are Needed

Our online system is accessed through a web browser via the internet. The following browsers are supported:

  • Google Chrome v3.0+
  • Safari v3.0+
  • Firefox v.2.0+
  • Internet Explorer v7.0 (with some limitations) v8.0+ recommended

Q:  What happens if I need help with submitting my application online?

You can call into our office at 62 Don Street Invercargill Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm to access a computer or we are out and about in the community and can assist you to fill in your application using our laptop. If you are unable to apply online or need help with applying online please email info@ctos.org.nz

Q:  Do I have to make my application online?

Yes, we no longer accept paper applications.

Q:  Do I have to complete my application all at once?

No, you can start your application anytime and save it to complete and submit at a later date - before a round closes.

Q:   I have a blank paper application form from previous years, can I use it?

Sorry no, with moving to online all our application forms have changed and therefore you will need to complete a new application online.

Q:  Can I edit my application online after I have submitted it?

No, but you can contact us by emailing info@ctos.org.nz to advise of any changes to your application.

Q:  Can I withdraw my application online after I have submitted it?

No, but you can contact us at info@ctos.org.nz to withdraw your application.

Q:  How will I know CTOS has received my online application?

The person who made the online application, on behalf of your organisation, will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received.

Q:  Can I copy and paste information from a Word document into an online application?

Yes and you will also be able to copy and paste information from a previous application made through our online system.

Q:  How do I submit required documents/attachments?

You will need to upload these as part of your application, and as some of these are mandatory you will not be able to submit your application until these have been uploaded.

Q:   Should I notify CTOS if e-mail or other contact details change after I have submitted an online application?

Yes, it is important that we know your up to date contact details please contact us at info@ctos.org.nz to advise of your up dated details.
