Investment Objectives

The Trustees invest the capital of the Trust in a broad range of domestic and international investments designed to achieve the following objectives:

• Maximise the total amount of income that can be provided by the investments of the Trust over the long term subject to a prudent level of portfolio risk.

• Maintain the real value of the capital of the Trust over the long term with regards to inflation.

• Maintain the stability of income available to fund grants on an annual basis, consistent with the preceding objectives.
